Compliance Database Solution for Cruise Lines | Conditional Sail Compliance Software

Compliance Database Solution – CDS – For Cruise Lines and Operators

Purpose: To provide a framework database solution to integrate and merge CDC requirements with cruise ship protocols.

Conditional Sail Order: There are 19 directives and 115 sub-items for compliance. We have separated each directive and further delineate those into the 115 sub-items to organize the to-do list items for action.

Organization: The software includes everything needed to get organized, prepare, deploy, and document compliance for the CDC. Each directive and item has a checklist with indicator light to perform a quick visual scan of accomplishment (to-do, follow-up, completed). The software can be run on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows platforms. Run stand-alone, or via server. Single ship or fleet licenses available.

The CDC Conditional Sail order is a series of compliance items which are lighted in terms of completion and compliance for this software. It organizes what might seem like chaos into structured to-do list items.

Goal: Streamline the process of organizing the huge amount of data and documents to comply with regulations regarding the CDC-Conditional-Sail-Order 20201030.

Mechanisms for Deployment: Filemaker database backbone, which provides workstation (Windows and Mac) and server side management of data, and allows integration with iPhone and iPad devices.
