Our Residence Suites are ready for you to move in immediately. And our exclusive hotel service is available to you at the same time. You also have access to many of the interesting amenities offered by the Bürgenstock Resort – your extended living room. The following services are included in your rent: – A fully furnished and equipped Residence Suite – 24-hour Bürgenstock Hotel Concierge Service – Wi-Fi internet, TV with national and international channels – Flat-rate payment for hotel services in accordance with your rental agreement – Preferential terms of membership for the Bürgenstock Alpine Spa and Waldhotel Spa and for the use of Bürgenstock Alpine Golf, the Diamond Domes Tennis Courts and the Bürgenstock Cinema – Incidental expenses and statutory value added tax Choose hotel services ‘à la carte’. We charge a monthly flat-rate payment for hotel services, which you can pay along with the gross rent. The à la carte offer allows you to select services according to your individual needs. You can use your credit, for example, on our cleaning and housekeeping services, at our restaurants, bars or lounges, or to request room service to your Residence Suite or engage a private chef for that special occasion. It also covers the resort’s wide range of leisure activities including spa treatments, cinema tickets, golf green fees and tennis court rental at the Diamond Domes.
