Das «icelab» besteht aus drei Kammern. In der ersten Kammer ist es minus 10°C, in der zweiten minus 60°C und in der dritten minus 110°C kalt. Due to the extreme cold, stress hormones and cytokines are activated to enhance blood flow and metabolism with their positive effects on the body. The 'icelab' consists of three chambers. The temperature of the first chamber is at minus 10°C, the second at minus 60°C and the third at minus 110 °C.
