In [3] is presented in detail the CVAE architecture for classification. It is also important to consider the different alternatives for the probability distributions of the latent (intermediate) layer and the final layer. In the experiments carried out in [3] we have considered a Gaussian distribution for the latent layer and a Bernoulli distribution for the last layer.
