For example, Blattberg and Deighton (1991) define interactivity as the facility for persons and organiza- tions to communicate directly through media. Deighton (1996) considers inter- activity has two primary features: the ability to address a person and to gather and remember the response of that person. Steuer (1992, p. 84) suggests that interactivity is the space where users can participate and interact in real time.
