Through analyses over companies Instagram accounts they found variables. Brands upload pictures on instagram on an average 1,5 times per day and the most of them uploads one to two pictures per day. There are also companies that publish over 100 posts monthly and sometimes even 10 times a day. According to Union Metrics there is no correlation of high amount of uploaded post and getting less engagement on each individual picture. On the contrary, the followers of these companies often show more engagement on the posts that are above average. 15
