Sunday - St. Regis

Sunday was our last full day at the resort. Once again, started out as a sunny day, but as luck would hold, it stayed sunny all day long. Most of the day was spent poolside just relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

Sunset over Bora Bora

Sunset

Bora Bora is almost mythical in it's portrayal of paradise in the movie, South Pacific. Luckily, it's just as mystical in real life.

The lagoon is a snorkeling park set up by the resort in the middle of the motu, right next to the spa.

Tiare flowers which have the most wonderful, tropical smell.

End of last full day at Resort

Sunday was marked the last full day at the resort. It was a beautiful sunny day, all day long. Four days is the perfect stay here. It gives you time to acclimate to the region, climate, time zone and prepare you for your cruise on the superyacht. Typically, service on land never equals that on the yacht, so it's best to do a pre-cruise at a resort, then save the best for last.
