Hilton Como 228 If you book outside of the Hilton reservation system, they will not honor your Hilton Points status (i.e. no free breakfast or access to specialty rooms).This is another example of product or service shorting.I booked using hotels.com to get United points, but was informed that I was not eligible for any Hilton status perks, when booking outside of the Hilton system.
