United Polaris Business Class from London Heathrow to Chicago Ohare Upgraded with 40 Plus Points for this segment only. Upgrade confirmed one week prior to departure by text and in Travel Center on app. Always request upgrades prior day of departure.

Security Lines Even though United recommended getting to the airport 4 hours prior departure, lines were short at 6am. Things start getting busy at 8am with peak in waves between 12-5pm. Departures tend to be bunched together, which increases the issue of wait times. My time through business class and Alliance Gold status was about 20 minutes which included random check which took about 15 of that.

Gate Information Posted an Hour Prior Flight

Flight Information Gate information is not posted in many cases until 1 hour prior to flight, especially for early flights.
