Disembarkation Day

San Juan

You arrive bright and early in the port of San Juan, Puerto Rico at 7:00 a.m. Typically you'll have to clear customs very early (7:15 a.m.) and then depart the ship by 9:00 a.m. After saying out goodbyes to all our wonderful friends, we took a taxi to the airport ($22.00) and were there by 9:15 a.m. If you have a afternoon flight - what do you do to spend time ? Generally, you're tired - and sightseeing is the last thing you want to do. On this trip, I decided to get a room at the airport Hilton (day room) for $100. This way you can just sleep and relax - plus there's no WorldClubs lounge at the San Juan airport - however there is a Crown Royal Room which generally you can use if it's a reciprocating airline.
