Resort Helipad Expect a 300 Euro landing fee. The helipad is next to a small pond, which is the former landhaus of WWII German General Hermann Goring. The site of the Kempinski hotel (originally the Intercontinental) was built on the hilltop next door. Lots of history surrounds the picturesque area. The views are stunning. Underneath the entire area are tunnels and bunkers from WWII.
